INTERNATIONAL VAT REFUND
Finaxit operates with EU and non-EU acts, dealing first hand with the filing of VAT refund claims for all the companies working in foreign countries, and / or where there is reciprocity agreements. We will follow in detail each procedure until the payment of the claimed refund.
INTERNATIONAL VAT REGISTRATION
If your company is located in one of the European Union countries, you may need to request a VAT identification in Italy for your activities on the Italian territory. We take care of your VAT registration, your VAT returns and all the related obligations required by Italian law.
EXCISE DUTY REFUND IN THE EU
Foreign freight transport companies may apply for excise duty refund on fuel purchased in Italy (refund is € 0,21 / litre).
In many other EU countries this process is extended to bus operators providing international transport of passengers who had refuelling in the territory: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia and Spain.
ELECTRONIC INVOICES
Starting Jan 1st 2019 electronic invoicing is mandatory in Italy. XML format invoices are sent to the Exchange System managed by the Italian Revenue Agency.

INTRASTAT, EC SALES AND BLACK LIST TRANSMISSION
Firms doing business with legal persons estabilished in other EU countries or so-called "Tax-Havens" are obliged to communicate a list of these operations to the authorities.
We will check your accounting records and help your company to be compliant with obligation to transmission.
COMUNICAZIONE DATI IVA (formerly "Spesometro")
Every legal person identified for tax purposes in Italy must provide to the Revenue Agency data about incoming and outgoing invoices.
